With 23 tables available, we offer the options to suit every player's preference—from full-size and ¾ championship-standard snooker tables to specialised tables for the English pool, American pool, and Chinese 8-ball pool. Chinese 8-Ball Pool
English Pool
In the variation of eight-ball pool, also known as "English pool" or "reds and yellows", players compete to pocket all their coloured balls (red or yellow) and then the black 8-ball, playing on tables of 7ft in length with 15 object balls and a cue ball. This table is shorter than the international standard, which makes it perfect for beginners and pros alike.
Sharkx English pool tables are “Supreme Winner” , the tables used for major competitions in Ireland and abroad. They have the silkiest competition cloth to play on, with no dodgy divots, stains, and slopes to contend with – this isn’t crazy golf.
American Pool
At Sharkx we have the Dynamic III billiard table. This premium class model is filled with lots of innovative technologies and meets the highest of demands. American pool tables are physically larger and they are fast with napless nylon cloths and pointed cushions make for a high-speed game with plenty of excitement. The Dynamic III has proven itself as a tournament table for World and European Championships, as well as Euro Tours.
Chinese 8 Ball Pool
Sharks proudly brings the excitement of Chinese 8-Ball pool to Kildare, offering players a unique experience that combines American and English pool elements. Played on specially designed tables that feature smaller, tighter pockets and a slightly larger playing surface, Chinese 8-Ball pool challenges players with its emphasis on accuracy, control, and strategy. Our tables are kept to competition standards, ensuring that every shot—whether a straight pot or a complex combination—requires focus and finesse.
